We are a community of people who accept and support each other to realize our visions to become a trim person. A community who recognize that diets don’t work and are willing to be open to learning a better approach to weight loss. An approach that uses powerful concepts, tools and techniques that will enable you to make permanent changes. To lose the weight AND keep it off.

This community has a big vision. A vision to support and assist people all around the world to achieve their own personal visions. To make an impact on the world’s health (to turn around the world’s rapid increase in overweight and obesity) as well as their happiness. To show people how they can unhook themselves from the behaviors that lead them to be overweight, such as emotional eating and over eating. To share powerful tools and techniques that will give people back their control over food. To teach people the knowledge and the means to be able to take their life to another level. To assist them to realize their dream life, by making some simple changes to their relationship to food, exercise and to themselves, that will result in a trim body as well as having vast repercussions on every aspect of their lives.

Elle Tosolini is director and creator of The Diet Free Weight Loss System and the ‘Trim For Life’ program. A neuro-linguistics program (NLP) practitioner, weight loss coach and accredited time-line therapist, Elle has run workshops and one-on-one sessions for more than 2 years.

Elle’s own weight issues and obsession with dieting for over 20 years drove her to explore the field of weight loss in search of a solution. Her research into biochemistry, personal training and nutrition coupled with her expertise in human behavior and thinking patterns, allowed her to develop a system to free herself and others from weight issues.

By applying the 7 step ‘Diet Free Weight Loss System’ to herself, Elle was able to lose more than 20 kilos easily and effortlessly, in less than 4 months … and keep it off.

Elle is also a weight loss coach, author and speaker.

Elle’s discovery of the statistics that 97% of people who diet fail to lose weight and, in fact, most of them gain even MORE weight after the diet, angered her so much that she decided to spread the word that diets don’t work. That there is a better way. A healthier, better way to achieve long lasting change. Throughout her studies of human behavior (NLP and life coaching), Elle applied the concepts, tools and techniques she learned to herself. She combined those tools with the tools she had learned in her buddhism studies and in her nutrition studies. She was able to make some permanent changes in the way she thinks about herself, about food and about exercise. She found those small changes in her thinking led her to behave differently. She stopped comfort eating, overeating and eating for emotional reasons. She used all the tools and techniques to change the patterns of behavior that were keeping her fat and unhappy. She was able to change the way she identified with herself, and the way she related to food and to exercise. She believes that she now feels so much more energetic, free, light and alive. She feels more confident and proud of herself and her body.

Elle’s story:

“I was a serial yo-yo dieter for over 20 years. My weight fluctuated wildly as I tried -and failed – every diet I could get my hands on. All I ever thought about was my weight, what to eat and what not to eat, how bad I looked, how much I wished I could be slim. I look back now and realize how unhappy I was with myself and my life. I abused myself physically, mentally and emotionally for so long through continual dieting, and the self-talk that goes with failing at diets, that my self-esteem was in tatters. I was embarrassed of my body and experienced some very low and lonely times where I isolated myself whilst avoiding social situations. I started drinking too much to numb the pain of shame. Shame because I knew I was unhappy with how I looked and felt, but I felt powerless to change it. I knew I wasn’t in control of my eating. Food controlled me.

I look back and think about how much time I wasted with dieting and I feel sad and angry with the fact that I blamed myself for failing to stick to diets. I hadn’t known that diets were inherrently flawed- that 97% of other people who diet also fail. I was sad and angry at time lost… precious time I’d spent worrying and despising my body and myself. All because I didn’t know there was a better, easier way. When I discovered it, I realized how easy it could be. My whole life soon changed.

So many people kept asking me how I lost so much weight so quickly. I realized that I knew some things that could help so many other people change their life for the better too. Around about that time, I was sitting with my kids in the park, looking at the climbing frame. My son kept trying to climb up the pole to the landing, but there was a wall in the way. He kept trying to do it but kept falling back down. I walked over and showed him a way up on the other side of the wall. Once he saw the steps up the pole he easily climbed up to the landing. All he needed was for someone to show him another, better way.

I sat down and started to create the 7 step system, incorporating the knowledge, concepts, tools and techniques from the multiple disciplines I had drawn on. After 2 years of further research and testing the system on one-to-one clients and groups, I decided to launch it online so more people around the world can gain access to it.

I believe that I can help change the world-wide health problems caused by rapidly increasing obesity. I can assist people to achieve their goals, to lose weight and feel great about themselves and their lives.”

My Professional Journey

After 4 years in the health and fitness industry, then 15 years as a film and TV producer, I decided it was time to start giving back… to do something significant in my life for others. I studied Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming

(NLP) and Time Line Therapy. This was an incredible personal journey in itself. I learned how the mind works and became and expert in human behavior – understanding why we do what we do so we can change it. I learned that if you change your behavior alone (eg your eating and exercise), you can only ever get temporary results. To achieve permanent results (eg permanent weight loss), you need start thinking differently. By thinking differently you start acting differently, which gives you different results. I learned how easy it is for ANYONE to start thinking differently, as long as they are open to learning some simple concepts, tools and techniques. These concepts, tools and techniques are truly life-changing, so my sincere hope is for people to give themselves the gift of learning them.
